WHAT WE ACCEPT

WE ONLY ACCEPT CLEANED AND OR NEW WITH TAGS ITEMS

For the protection of the entire community, we request that you do not send in your items if you believe you have flu-like symptoms or have come into contact with anyone infected by Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Send us your new, unused and clean, gently used designer clothing items including special occasion, formal wear, and couture custom gowns. All submissions should be in excellent condition, current, laundered odor free, and immediately ready to sell and wear.

We accept designer shoes, boots, handbags and swimwear with an original price over $100 such as Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Cartier, Gucci, Chirstian Dior, Balenciaga etc. as long as they are GENTLY used, unworn or new in the box.

Handbags will be authenticated if appropriate documents are not included with your submission and therefor may take longer to post.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT

Non Name brand merchandise from website only retailers or discount store brands such as Target, Old Navy, Gap, Sears JC Penny, Kohls Walmart etc. even if it is new with tags (NWT).

We do not accept worn tennis shoes, slippers or swim wear, they must be NWT and Designer

WE never accept lingerie, sleepwear or loungewear.

ANY ITEMS not appropriately laundered, have holes and/or stains, missing buttons, missing designer tags or damaged will not be accepted.

All items not accepted for any reason will be donated immediately unless accompanied by a RETURN MY ITEMS form.
