This fully completed form MUST be printed and included with your consigning shipment if you want your unsold items returned rather than donated. We cannot accept forms after receiving and processing the merchandise. THE NM LUXURY SHOP charges $7.50 shipping and handling per item returned and there is a $45 minimum. We will contact you by phone for any additional information necessary to complete your return.

We do not accept any items with a starting price of under $40.

I AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ASK THAT ANY ITEMS THAT DON’T FIND A NEW HOME IN 120 DAYS ARE SHIPPED BACK TO ME RATHER THAN BEING DONATED TO CHARITY.
